Who We Are

Sankalp Apang Va Niradhar Bahuudesiya Shikshan Sanstha, Gondia, established in 2000, is not just an institution it is a place where hope grows, abilities are discovered, and lives slowly begin to change. Located in the remote border area of Maharashtra, we work mainly with Adivasi (tribal) communities, where access to special education and basic resources are still limited, and awareness about intellectual disabilities is gradually developing. We believe that every child is special and deserves a chance to learn, grow, and shine in their own way. Through love, care, and dedicated support, we help children with intellectual disabilities develop skills that bring them closer to independence and a better future. At the same time, we walk together with parents and families helping them understand, accept, and support their children with confidence and hope. Every child who comes to us has a unique potential waiting to bloom. With patience, encouragement, and continuous guidance, we help them build confidence, independence, and self-respect. Together with families and the community, we are creating a safe and inclusive space where every child feels accepted, valued, and truly belongs.
